Sparelink India collects information needed to operate customer, dealer and admin accounts, fulfil orders, and provide support. This page describes that use in plain language.
Information we collect
- Name and business contact name where provided
- Mobile number and email address where provided
- Login and account information (username/email, role, session)
- Delivery address and GST/business details submitted at checkout or profile
- Order, cart, wishlist and payment status/reference information
- Device, browser and session/security information used to keep you signed in
- Support requests and related attachments described in the message
Why we use this information
Data is used for order fulfilment, customer support, account security, invoicing, and legal or compliance requirements that apply to the supplying firms. It is not sold as a marketing list.
Order fulfilment
Address, contact and order lines are shared with the assigned firm so goods can be picked, invoiced and dispatched.
Customer support
Support messages may be emailed to SPARELINK.IN@GMAIL.COM and stored so Sparelink India can respond. Do not send unnecessary identity documents in a support form.
Security
Sessions and passwords are handled through the site’s authentication service. You should keep credentials private and change a temporary password when prompted.
Service providers
Hosting, database, search (Typesense), and payment-gateway providers process data as needed to run the platform. They receive only what that service requires.
Payment gateway information
Online payments, where enabled, are processed by Cashfree. Sparelink India stores order and payment status/reference information. Sparelink India does not store card PAN or CVV on its own systems.
Cookies and session technologies
The website uses cookies or similar session storage required to keep you signed in, protect forms, and remember cart activity for your account. Theme and language preferences are stored locally on your device.
Account and data requests
You may request access to or correction of account information by contacting Sparelink India. Some records are retained because they form part of an order or invoice.
