Damaged or wrong product reporting
If a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not match the ordered part, report it through Help & Support with your Order ID, photos if available, and a description of the issue.
Return request process
Submit a support request with your name, mobile number, Order ID (if you have one), and details of the product. Sparelink India will review the request before any replacement or refund is processed.

Product condition requirements
Returned goods should be unused, complete, and in a condition that allows inspection, unless the issue is damage or a wrong supply reported at delivery. Specific condition requirements are confirmed during review.

Where a request is approved, Sparelink India may arrange a replacement from available stock or a refund using the original payment method where that method supports it. Cash-on-delivery refunds, if applicable, are handled as confirmed during support.
Refund timeline
Refund timing depends on bank or payment-gateway processing after approval. Sparelink India does not publish a guaranteed refund period on this page.
