These terms describe use of the Sparelink India website and related ordering services. Placing an order or creating an account means you agree to use the platform lawfully and accurately.
Website usage
The website is provided for genuine trade and customer enquiry, catalogue search, and order management. You must not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse the service.
Customer and dealer accounts
Customer, dealer and admin access are separate. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential. Username and password sign-in is supported. One-time password (OTP) login is optional and is not required to use username/password access.
Product information
Catalogue details are taken from Sparelink India product records. Specifications, images and fitment notes are provided to help identification; confirm application before fitting a part.
Pricing
Displayed prices are the current listing prices from the assigned firm. Prices may change when listings are updated. Taxes, where calculated at checkout, are shown in the order summary.
Availability
Stock figures and listing status are based on inventory held against dealer listings. An item shown in search may still be declined if it cannot be fulfilled at confirmation.
Orders
An order is a request to purchase listed parts. Sparelink India or the supplying firm may contact you to confirm fitment, address, GST details, or payment before dispatch.
Payment
Available payment methods are those offered at checkout for the supplying firm. Sparelink India does not store card numbers on its own servers.
Cash on delivery (COD)
COD may be offered where that option is enabled for an order. Availability is confirmed at checkout, not as a universal guarantee.
Cashfree online payments
Online payments, where enabled for a firm, are processed by Cashfree. Payment status is recorded against the order. Card and other instrument data is handled by the payment gateway, not stored as card PAN by Sparelink India.
Cancellation
Cancellation after confirmation depends on dispatch status. Contact Help & Support with the Order ID. Sparelink India does not guarantee cancellation after goods have been dispatched.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are described on the Returns & Refunds page. Please contact Sparelink India for return eligibility and applicable return conditions.
Intellectual property
Sparelink India branding, the official logo, and site content are used for the business and may not be copied for competing use without permission.
Misuse and fraud
Fraudulent orders, false identities, payment abuse, or attempts to access another customer’s data are prohibited and may result in order cancellation and account action.
Account suspension
Sparelink India may suspend an account that violates these terms, fails verification, or presents a security risk.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sparelink India is not liable for indirect loss arising from delay, unavailability, or incorrect application of a part after the customer has had the opportunity to verify the listing. Nothing on this page excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
